Contrary to new reports, Sanjay Dutt’s quip film Bhoomi has been authorized by a CBFC with no vital cuts, as reliable by writer Sandeep Singh. Speculations about a film removing as most as 13 vital cuts by a CBFC were doing a rounds on Thursday.

Talking about a same, Bhoomi writer Sandeep Singh said, “This is only a media done story. There are no vital cuts suggested by a CBFC for Bhoomi. In fact, a house has been intensely understanding of us as it has always been for a film industry. Since this film is a family drama, and Sanjay Dutt’s quip film, we wish to make certain that everybody comes and watches a film. About a series of cuts in a film, we am not certain how many cuts are there. we don’t know where this ‘thirteen vital cuts’ tab came from, we haven’t kept a count. Whatever cuts are there, it’s teenager and doesn’t impact a film’s story. We are awaiting a certificate today.”

After a Censor Board effectively upheld Pahlaj Nihalani’s Julie 2 with no cuts and an ‘A’ certificate, a news of Bhoomi carrying a well-spoken clearing from CBFC comes as no surprise. Bhoomi also stars Aditi Rao Haydari and Sidhant Gupta in a lead roles detached from Sanjay Dutt. It is slated for a Sep 22 release, contrary with Shraddha Kapoor’s much-awaited recover Haseena Parkar.
