Bellingham military pronounced in a matter on Friday that “the resources heading to Lucian’s genocide began distant before a day that he died.”

The boy’s mother, 22-year-old Brittany Daniels, called 911 on Dec. 8 to news that Lucian had died in his crib. She told military she was during work when a boy’s father, 23-year-old Cody Shields, messaged to tell her what happened and that Shields had been there during a time of death.

The medical examiner’s news cited “death in chateau following enlarged duration of parental inattention,” and Bellingham military pronounced justification indicates Lucian was fed small to zero in a days before his death.

The means of genocide was listed as “malnutrition and dehydration, slight of typical caring of infant.”

Shields and Daniels done their initial justice coming Friday afternoon. The decider systematic them both hold on $10,000 bond for review of second-degree manslaughter, and ruled there should be no hit between a two.
