Sunday was a bittersweet night for Lady Gaga. The 32-year-old performer took home two Critics’ Choice Awards for Best Song and Best Actress, though she also schooled some distressing news about her equine Arabella.
Shortly after a uncover wrapped, Gaga took to amicable media to share with her fans a comfortless news.
“I am so respected and sanctified to have won both Best Song and Best Actress alongside Glenn Close this evening,” she began, referencing a split win between a dual heading ladies. “My heart is bursting with pride. But it saddens me to contend that only after a uncover we schooled that my dear angel of a horse, Arabella, is dying.”
Gaga skipped all post-show events in preference of rushing home to contend goodbye to her dear pet.
“She is and was a pleasing horse,” Gaga continued. “Our souls and spirits were one. When she was in pain, so was I. we will never forget a moments we shared. Long hikes together, galloping by a canyons. Feeding her cookies. She will perpetually be a partial of me. we am so really sad.”
She resolved by pity her hopes for Arabella, writing, “I wish for your pain to end, and a gates of sky to open for you. we adore you.”
