Hilaria Baldwin Says Husband Alec Is ‘Old School’ When It Comes to Splitting Parenting Duties

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin get in their date nights when (and how) they can.

The mom of 3 — who’s now awaiting the couple’s fourth child together, a baby child — non-stop adult to associate moms Daphne Oz and LaTonya Yvette during a new sit-down for PEOPLE’s Mom Talk, dishing on how she and her famous father keep a hint alive.

“I’m a kind of chairman where we could get so wrapped adult in my kids and we could remove my attribute a small bit and only assume, ‘Don’t you adore doing this too? Isn’t this so most fun?’ ” explains Hilaria, 34.

“[Alec]’s a small bit some-more aged school,” adds a aptness expert. ” ‘You’re a mom, we take caring of a kids, and afterwards we will come and go and we will review a book with them any once in a while’ kind of thing.”

Hilaria says a couple’s 26-year age disproportion has done them prioritize a things to “understand about any other” in their attribute and parenting techniques.

Alec has also helped himself and his mother make “date night” a unchanging occurrence — even if it’s only a low-key hangout but their kids (Leonardo “Leo” Ángel Charles, 18 months, Rafael Thomas, 2½, and Carmen Gabriela, 4½).

“Most nights, we have date night, that could meant we’re doing a puzzle,” she says. “On Valentine’s Day, we systematic takeout.”

“My father had only gotten his hip replaced. We walked, on one of his initial [post-surgery] walks, to go get food, and we ate it out of a plastic,” Hilaria admits.

“And afterwards we looked during any other like, ‘Can we go to bed now?’ ” she adds.
