Choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan pronounced a strain and dance enlightenment in Bollywood is vanishing away, that is both good and bad. Farah is Bollywood’s favourite choreographer with strike songs like “Ruk ja o dil deewane”, “Chaiyya chaiyya”, “Ek companion ka jeena”, “Idhar chala”, “Mahi ve”, “Munni badnaam hui” , “Sheila ki jawani” and “Baby ko drum pasand hai” underneath her belt. Talking about a unfolding of dance in films today, Farah told PTI, “I consider a whole strain and dance thing is shrinking unless we are creation a dance film. we don’t consider it is there. The strain enlightenment is going away. Songs are played in a background.”

Farah, 52, pronounced a miss of strain and dance in films have an advantage as good as disadvantage. “Good in a approach that a ambience of people are changing and bad in a clarity that a job label as an attention was that we used to do strain and dance numbers. And that is how we stayed forward of Hollywood.” She pronounced a primary reason for her to not choreograph songs today is a miss of sparkling offers. “Why do we consider we have stopped choreographing? we don’t wish to do same thing (in dance). Until and unless we do something new and radical in terms of low-pitched afterwards it is ok. we also get wearied while examination such songs.”

Now aged songs are being recreated in films like “Humma humma”, “Tamma tamma”, “Oonchi hai building” and others though the”Main Hoon Naa” helmer isn’t too vehement about a revamped versions. When asked about recreating aged songs, she said, “That is even worst. we consider any strain that they have recreated is worse than original. we don’t mind if they turn improved than a original, it is not as good as a original. And in any strain there is a rap.” Meanwhile, Farah is vehement about her arriving TV uncover ‘Lip Sing Battle’, that is formed on a successful general show, ‘Lip Sync Battle’. The uncover that will see eminent personalities from a universe of Bollywood, radio and sports, contest with any other in pairs in a dance conflict while lip-syncing on iconic Hindi songs.

“For any uncover that we am offered, we don’t take adult all. we felt this uncover is good for me and we am good for a show. It is a Jimmy Fallon franchise, so we need someone who is easy and pally with celebrities. It is fun to do.” Farah pronounced she might have many friends in showbiz, it is not easy to get them as a jodi (pair) on a show. “It is never easy. A lot of people do come in though it is not easy to coordinate dates with both people and they should be gentle with any other. Sometimes we wish a guest coming like for Karan Johar’s part we had Priety Zinta as a guest, and afterwards for Vishal Dadlani and Shaan, we had Bappi Lahiri.”

To be aired on Star Plus channel, ‘Lip Sing Battle’ will see luminary pairs like Karan Johar-Parineeti Chopra, Farhan Akhtar-Arjun Kapoor, Shaan-Vishal Dadlani and others. “I would like to see sparkling new pairs like Sania Mirza with Ranveer Singh or Varun Dhawan with Shilpa Shetty or Raveena Tandon or Jacqueline Fernandez and Shahid Kapoor. we would like to see Yuvraj Singh and Katrina Kaif,” Farah said.

“We are not removing a comparison generation, we arepaying reverence to them by a show. Like Farhan Akhtar did a strain from ‘Karz’ and we would like to have Rishi Kapoor as guest.” She pronounced a group is considering to wire in sports personalities to come on a uncover like Shikar Dhawan, Irfan Pathan, Yuvraj Singh, Sakshi Malik or people from song universe like Raftaar and Badshah as good as radio actors like Mouni Roy and Shabbir Ahuluwalia.
