Adam Davidson To Direct Fox Drama Pilot ‘Recon’

Veteran TV helmer Adam Davidson is set to approach Fox’s play commander Recon, from Warner Bros. TV.

Written by The Vampire Diaries exec writer Caroline Dries and exec constructed by TVD co-developers/exec producers Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec, Recon is about a rookie FBI representative who embeds herself in a suspected militant family.

Davidson won an Oscar in 1991 for best brief film, live movement for The Lunch Date, that he wrote and directed. His episodic directing credits Fear The Walking Dead, Kingdom, Community, Hell On Wheels, Flesh And Bone, and many recently Cooper Barrett’s Guide To Surviving Life. He’s repped by CAA, Andrea Simon Entertainment, and profession David Krintzman.
