Last Friday, former Schlitterbahn executive Tyler Austin Miles was indicted on contingent killing charges. He pleaded not guilty.

In another complaint unsealed on Tuesday, slip designers John Timothy Schooley and Jeffrey Wayne Henry (a park co-owner who “possesses no technical or engineering credentials”) were charged with brazen second grade murder. Henry Sons Construction Company, Inc. was also named in a indictment, that alleges:

“In place of mathematical and production calculations, they rushed brazen relying roughly wholly on wanton trial-and-error methods.”

Before Caleb’s comfortless float there apparently countless other critical injuries kept from a public.

Local news hire KCTV5 got their hands on a list:

Wow. And they still let children ride…

The complaint also says there is footage of a incident, and that it proves Caleb followed all supplement instructions. There were dual adult women roving with him; they also suffered injuries.

Sounds like these charges are justified.

As of this writing, Henry has been arrested, though Schooley is not nonetheless in custody.
