You might remember in Aug of 2016 one of a many offensive things we’ve ever reported. Now we might finally see some justice.
A 10-year-old child named Caleb Schwab (above) was decapitated while roving a Verrückt waterslide during Kansas City’s Schlitterbahn Water Park.
Scott and Michele Schwab reached a allotment with a park in a prejudicial genocide lawsuit, though now a owners and designers are confronting critical rapist charges.
Last Friday, former Schlitterbahn executive Tyler Austin Miles was indicted on contingent killing charges. He pleaded not guilty.
But some of his colleagues are now confronting worse.
In another complaint unsealed on Tuesday, slip designers John Timothy Schooley and Jeffrey Wayne Henry (a park co-owner who “possesses no technical or engineering credentials”) were charged with brazen second grade murder. Henry Sons Construction Company, Inc. was also named in a indictment, that alleges:
“In place of mathematical and production calculations, they rushed brazen relying roughly wholly on wanton trial-and-error methods.”
Before Caleb’s comfortless float there apparently countless other critical injuries kept from a public.

Wow. And they still let children ride…
The complaint also says there is footage of a incident, and that it proves Caleb followed all supplement instructions. There were dual adult women roving with him; they also suffered injuries.
Sounds like these charges are justified.
As of this writing, Henry has been arrested, though Schooley is not nonetheless in custody.
