VIDEO: NHS income spent on ‘treats’ for patients

Thousands of pounds from NHS “personal health budgets” are spent on “treats” such as holidays and clothes, a Freedom of Information ask has found.

Pulse repository pronounced income had also left on equine riding, art classes, massage, and, in one case, a summer house.

The budgets were brought in to give people in England with long-term conditions some-more control and choice over their medical and support.
