Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her Bollywood entrance with Kedarnath. Set in a backdrop of a 2013 Uttarakhand floods, a film stars Sushant Singh Rajput in a lead role. Helmed by Abhishek Kapoor, Kedarnath will strike screens on Dec 7. Ahead of a release, Sara Ali Khan sat down for an disdainful discuss with indianexpress.com.
Talking about a film, Sara said, “It is an intensely honest film that is set in a singular world. We have seen zero like this before. Gattu sir (Abhishek) has envisioned a really opposite world. Also, it is a really pleasing story. Sushant has finished well-developed work. Kedarnath has an ignorance and purity.”
As she mentioned Sushant Sinsh Rajput, we asked Sara was he a ancillary co-actor or a ragging senior. With a smile, a 25-year-old said, “Sushant was always there for me. Somebody who has finished this volume of work and of that quality, it would have been easy for him to be arrogant. But Sushant was not. He is only amazing. There was never a impulse of audacity or seniority. It was always pristine assistance from his side. The adore and intercourse that we built was only amazing. we feel absolved to have finished my initial film with Sushant.”
Sara Ali Khan serve combined that Sushant and executive Abhishek were like dual peas in a pod. The actor said, “It was a really three-way energetic between us. They would have these wordless conversations, and we would be like, what’s function here (laughs). But there would be times when Gattu sir would tell Sushant, ‘Samjha de usse’ and he would get on a pursuit of explaining me a scenes. They have a good bond and it finished a fire some-more fun. It was utterly a certain and happy sourroundings throughout.”
The film also courted controversies when a progressing producers changed out mid-way. Director Abhishek has settled that no one wanted to even deposit in a film post that. Sharing that a developments left her shaken, Sara said, “It was really scary. Whenever we are trustworthy to anything, there’s nervousness, fear and stress involved. We all go by it. And being my entrance project, it is many special to me. And a luck or even a smallest probability of something not going right with it, was daunting. We are all good people who have finished an honest work with Kedarnath, and somewhere we knew it will all arrange out.”
