Indian filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar was felicitated with a Memorial Award during a Rafi Peer International Film Festival 2015 by Pakistani singer Zeba.
The National Award-winning filmmaker, best famous for his films like “Chandni Bar”, “Page 3”, “Traffic Signal” and “Fashion”, took to Twitter on Friday to share photographs of his felicitation.
