Julianne Moore Cries on Cue in Times Square for ‘Billy on a Street’

Julianne Moore edges in on a domain of Superman, Elsa and a dozens of Elmos this week, as she takes her behaving skills to Times Square on this week’s Billy on a Street.

At a discount cost of a dollar, Moore delivered thespian monologues from Magnolia, The Kids Are Alright and other acclaimed films she’s starred in. She’d also cry on cue, withdrawal some tourists tender and others definitely baffled.

Billy Eichner, of course, plays assertive promoter, literally shooing divided one Cookie Monster from a confused tourist, insisting he take a design with a pathetic Moore instead.
