Fry Pretty? Carrie Underwood’s Son Isaiah’s Current Favorite Toy Is a Potato

Carrie Underwood has a small spud muffin on her hands!

The nation star, 35, hilariously common a fondle her 3-year-old son Isaiah Michael has been spooky with newly on Instagram Wednesday. “This is what my child has been personification with for a past 2 days. Yes, it’s a potato,” Underwood captioned her print of a potato with a face drawn on it.

“Yes, he has other genuine toys. Yes, we know it’s weird,” a “Cry Pretty” thespian added.

Many followers, including associate moms Reese Witherspoon and Jamie Lynn Spears, “liked” Underwood’s print as singer Lindsay Ell commented, “This is amazing.”

Though gripping a potato around is appealing (apeeling?), a shelf life is 3-5 weeks in a cupboard and 3-4 months in a refrigerator.

Underwood, a longtime vegetarian, formerly common her go-to cooking recipe — that includes potatoes.

“I’m always roasting vegetables, like honeyed potatoes, or spaghetti squish — it’s easy to make, and we can make a lot of it,” she told Self repository in Jan 2017.

Underwood, who slayed her CMA Fest set over a weekend in Nashville, recently told PEOPLE that her son makes her “feel pretty” when she wasn’t utterly feeling it herself.

“I feel a prettiest when my child says something that’s only super sweet,” she said. “This morning, Melissa, my hair and makeup artist, was starting to put my makeup on and he’s all in his pajamas and he said, ‘No, don’t do that!’ and we was like, ‘Why, baby, because are we upset?’ ”

“And he said, ‘I like we only how we are.’ He didn’t wish me to put makeup on,” explains Underwood, who received 40 to 50 stitches in her face after a scary tumble during home last November.
