Fergie’s Son Dresses as Harry Potter to Celebrate His Mom: ‘Most Magical Birthday Gift Ever’

Fergie received a “most enchanting birthday present ever” interjection to her 4½-year-old son Axl Jack.

The “London Bridge” thespian incited 43 on Tuesday and to celebrate, Axl dressed adult for his mom in a Harry Potter dress finish with a Hogwarts robe, tie, wand and lightning-bolt mark.

“My many enchanting birthday present ever,” Fergie (neé Stacy Ann Ferguson) captioned a shot of her usually child in his wizarding outfit, adding a hashtag “#AxlJack.”

Earlier on Tuesday, Fergie told PEOPLE exclusively that she genuinely enjoys celebrating her birthday since Axl keeps her feeling youthful.

“I don’t get vexed on birthdays. For me it doesn’t have that disastrous inference in my life. we always feel immature during heart,” she said. “I have a large imagination and we play with my kid. We’re imagining things and playing. I’m not fearful to be witty in my mind. For me a series is a number. It’s not that large of a deal.”

It’s not only being witty in her mind, though, as Fergie and Axl have copiousness of earthy play time together.

“At home, we watch cinema and play,” she added. “I’ll get my clip-on extensions and put them together and make this unequivocally prolonged square of hair that goes all a approach opposite a room. We fake that I’m Rapunzel and he’s a king that climbs adult to my bed.”

It’s been a year of highs and lows for Fergie. In September, she expelled her second studio album, Double Duchess — the same month she and Josh Duhamel exclusively revealed to PEOPLE they had separate after eight years of marriage.

A hosting gig on Fox’s The Four: Battle for Stardom and a controversial performance of “The Star-Spangled Banner” at February’s NBA All-Star Game followed.

But no matter what has happened, Fergie’s always been means to change it all — even holding Axl with her to work each now and then.

“As any industrious mom knows, it is a ethereal balancing act that we have to be sophistry all of a time with a opposite schedules, a family schedules, a work schedules,” she told reporters during a TCA row in January. “I’m constantly carrying to have boundaries, make certain that all of those hours are in and it’s a offset lifestyle because I’ve got so most on my image that infrequently I’m only a sleepy mom!”

The thespian added, “I’ve always worked all my life so we kind of have gotten used to balancing and perplexing to change it all. The thing that we would like to get some-more of in 2018 is a small bit some-more me time, only to chill.”
