May a Force be with you, Daniel Fleetwood. The terminally ill ‘Star Wars’ fan who campaigned for a possibility to see ‘The Force Awakens’ early has upheld away. Days after his wish was granted, Daniel’s mother reliable his genocide on Nov. 10. He was usually 32.
The Star Wars universe is in mourning: Daniel Fleetwood is dead. The 32-year-old man became famous all opposite a Star Wars universe after he launched efforts to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens before his depot cancer finished his life. Thankfully, right before his comfortless death, his wish came true.
Daniel’s wife, Ashley, reliable his passing in a Nov. 10 Facebook post, reports Us Weekly. She pronounced that he “put adult an extraordinary quarrel to a unequivocally end. He is now one with God and with a force. He upheld in his nap and in peace. He will always be my statue and my hero. Please cuddle uncle Marc for me and give Lucy lots of kisses. Rest in assent my love. This was a final selfie we ever took together. #forcefordaniel.”
Sadly, Daniel was diagnosed with spindle dungeon sarcoma, a singular form of hankie cancer, in July. He had also been a Star Wars fan given he was a small boy, according to The Wrap. When his doctors told him he had reduction than dual months to live, his failing wish was to see The Force Awakens before he went. He started a #ForceForDaniel campaign, seeking Disney and LucasArts for a possibility to perspective a movie.
Amazingly, a debate took off! Not usually did Daniel perceived support from opposite a Star Wars fan community, but he got support from Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) and from a stars of a new film: John Boyega and Daisy Ridley.
Disney, LucasArts and J.J. Abrams listened, and postulated a special screening of an unprepared chronicle of a film in Daniel’s home on Nov. 5. On Facebook, his wife, Ashley, wrote “Today a smashing Disney and Lucasfilms done his final dream come true, in a extraordinary standard Disney way, they unequivocally do make dreams come true!”
