Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and southern luminary Mohanlal have been approached to underline in dual opposite versions of torment thriller film Gumnaam, writer Jayantilal Gada confirmed. While Bachchan is being sought to star in a Hindi part, Mohanlal is in talks to underline in a south version.
“We have approached them though they are nonetheless to pointer on a dotted lines. We have narrated a story to them and they both have given certain feedback. For a south version, we have Mohanlal and for Hindi part, we have Amitabh Bachchan,” Gada told PTI.
The writer combined a stirring film is not a reconstitute of a 1965 superhit torment film Gumnaam, featuring Manoj Kumar and Nanda in a lead. “We are on a project, that is a torment thriller. It is not a reconstitute of Gumnaam. It is a reconstitute of a Tamil film, whose pretension we can’t exhibit during a moment. We have only used a pretension Gumnaam,” Gada said.
Director E Niwas, whose final recover was Total Siyapaa, is helming a film. The film will be shot on an island in Mauritius and will go on floors soon. The makers are aiming for a melodramatic recover subsequent year.
