All a non-executive directors of an NHS trust criticised for unwell to scrupulously examine hundreds of deaths have resigned.
The 4 house members stood down forward of a examination of services during Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, that is due to be published subsequent week.
The trust came underneath glow after Connor Sparrowhawk drowned during a Slade House trickery in Oxford.
Its trainer Katrina Percy resigned in Oct amid open pressure.
Previous halt authority Tim Smart also stood down after he was criticised for formulating a new pursuit for Ms Percy.
